- Do I have to pay a placement fee?
- No. We never take a placement fee from candidates or employers. Our packages cover document review, embassy support, and logistics — not the job itself. The job match is free.
- Can you guarantee me a visa or a job?
- No, and anyone who does is lying. IGI (Romanian immigration) and the employer make those decisions. We can guarantee an honest, verified file and a transparent process — nothing more.
- Why a Romanian SRL? Where is the registration?
- Horizon Crossings Global SRL is registered in Romania and visible on the public ONRC company register. You can look us up by name or registration number before paying for anything.
- How much does it really cost, end-to-end?
- Our packages range from free (DIY) to €1,299 (Premium). On top of that, your own embassy fees, document translations, and travel costs apply — typically KSh 150,000–250,000 total. We publish the full breakdown on the Requirements & Costs page.
- How long does verification take?
- Most files are verified within 2–4 weeks of full document submission. Matching depends on employer demand and the Romanian quota window, typically 6–10 weeks beyond that.
- What happens if the quota closes or I don’t get matched?
- We tell you immediately. Refund terms by package are published before checkout. Your verified file stays valid for the next quota window — you don’t start from scratch.
