We do not post live job vacancies on this website. Instead, we build a pool of verified, employer-ready candidates that we market to Romanian employers. Your journey starts with registration and document verification.
4-Step Vetting Process
Our vetting process ensures that when we present you to employers, your documents are verified and you're ready to proceed with visa applications.
Register
Status: RegisteredCreate your account with basic personal information. This registers you in our candidate pool and gives you access to your personal dashboard where you can track your progress.
What you need:
- Valid email address
- Phone number (preferably WhatsApp-enabled)
- Basic personal details
Upload Documents
Status: Documents UploadedUpload your key documents through your dashboard. These are the documents that Romanian authorities (IGI) require for work permit applications.
Required documents:
- Valid passport (6+ months validity)
- Medical certificate (fitness for work)
- Police clearance certificate
- CV with signed affidavit
- Educational certificates (if applicable)

Document Verification
Status: VerifiedOur team reviews your documents to check completeness and validity. We verify that documents meet IGI format requirements and flag any issues that need correction.
What we check:
- Document validity dates
- Required stamps and signatures
- Format compliance with IGI requirements
- Completeness of information
Timeline: Typically 2-4 weeks if all documents are correct.
Employer-Ready
Final StatusOnce verified, you become part of our "employer-ready" talent pool. We actively market this pool to Romanian employers. When an employer expresses interest in your profile, we facilitate the introduction and next steps.
What happens next:
- Your profile is marketed to employers in Romania
- We notify you when an employer shows interest
- We assist with interview preparation and coordination
- Once matched, we guide you through visa/work permit process

Employer matching depends on market demand and your profile fit. We cannot guarantee specific timeframes.
