The vetting timeline depends largely on how quickly you provide correct and complete documents. Typically: Profile creation takes 15-30 minutes. Document review takes 3-7 business days after all documents are uploaded. If documents need correction or additional items are required, this extends the timeline. Being "Employer-Ready" can take 2-4 weeks from registration if documents are in order.

Do I need to speak Romanian?
