The Vetting Process

Upload Documents
Submit your passport, certificates, police clearance, and other required documents through our secure platform. Our system performs initial format and completeness checks.
Verification Review
Our team reviews your documents for authenticity, consistency, and completeness. We check expiry dates, name matching, and document validity. You may be asked for clarifications or additional documents.
Employer-Ready Status
Once all checks pass, you're marked as "Employer-Ready" and eligible to be matched with Romanian employers when suitable openings become available. Your profile remains active in our talent pool.
